- The Site is intended for use only by employers (“Clients”) and candidates (“Candidates”).
- Upon registering with HireEngine.ca the Client permits HireEngine.ca to use their company logo on the HireEngine.ca homepage and job information page. HireEngine.ca will remove the Client’s logo at their earliest convenience upon written request from the Client.
- The use of the Site is governed by, respectively, the terms of the Terms of Business for Clients and the Terms of Business for Candidates, to which users should refer. The Client will have the opportunity to view the Terms of Business upon posting a new vacancy. Users of the site are asked to read the Terms of Business carefully before committing and creating a legally binding contract.
- The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Site belong to HireEngine.ca Incorporated.
- In order to obtain access to the Site, all users of it acknowledge and accept the rights of HireEngine.ca Incorporated, including the disclaimer right, in the Site.
- The contents of the Site are for only general information and only for use by our Employer clients and Candidates (as indicated).
- The information on the Site may be updated from time to time.

- HireEngine.ca Incorporated will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for any consequential loss or loss of business opportunities or projects, or loss of profits) howsoever arising and whether in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the Site, or any of its contents, or from any action or omission taken as a result of using the Site or any such contents.

Resume or Curriculum Vitae nor does HireEngine.ca Incorporated make any representations by virtue of the contents of the Site in relation to the existence of or the availability of any positions advertised from time to time. - HireEngine.ca Incorporated makes no warranty that the contents of the Site are free from infection by viruses or any other element which has contaminating or destructive properties and HireEngine.ca Incorporated shall have no liability in respect thereof.

- Clients of HireEngine.ca Incorporated, agree to comply with the Terms of Business for Clients, including provisions with regard to Data Protection Legislation, and agree not to include personal contact information within their job advertisements or job briefs. HireEngine.ca Incorporated reserves the right to edit any job advert information and exclude members who do not comply.
- The contents of the Site are governed by Alberta law and users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts with respect to any issue which may arise.
FEE PROHIBITION:
- Section 12 of the Employment Agency Business Licensing Regulation prohibits an employment agency business operator from directly or indirectly demanding or collecting a fee, reward, or other compensation.
- from an individual who is seeking employment or from another person on that individual’s behalf,
- from an individual who is seeking information respecting employers seeking employees or from another person on that individual’s behalf,
- from an individual for securing or attempting to secure employment for the individual or providing the individual with information respecting any employer seeking employees or from another person on that individual’s behalf, or
- from an individual for evaluating or testing the individual or arranging for the individual to be evaluated or tested, for skills or knowledge required for employment, where the individual or employment is in Alberta, or from another person on that individual’s behalf.
